I actually feel better this morning (the morning after), than yesterday morning (the morning of). I think all that anticipatory anxiety was wearing on me. I had an anticipatory anxiety hangover. I was just an audience-member and I was becoming a knot of stress. I can't imagine how nerve-wrecking it is for a nominee - probably even worse than being on "America's Next Top Model".
